It’s almost autumn… so naturally that means it’s time for caramel popcorn. Lots of it! What’s even better about this caramel popcorn recipe is that it’s super simple. The prep time is almost non-existent (okay not really but you know what I mean, right?) 😉 I’m a huge fan of caramel popcorn. Last winter my father gave me one of those large popcorn tins for christmas. You can bet your bottom dollar that I ate all of the caramel popcorn first. Let’s be honest, it’s way too hard to resist. I love how it’s delicate, crunchy and tasteful all at the same time. I’m a huge fan of the mess it doesn’t leave on your fingers. Sticky foods are the worst. This simple caramel popcorn will surely be a staple in our house this autumn.
